20. Q-Tip – The Renaissance (November 4)

This is the second studio album by Q-Tip. The album took over 10 years to make, and in that time Q-Tip managed to change 5 labels. The album debuted at #11 on the Billboard 200 selling over 34,000 copies. The album managed to sell over a 100,000 copies in 2008 making it the 27^th highest selling album in its genre. The entire album was produced by Q-Tip, with the late great J. Dilla assisting him on one track. (The album artwork is sick)
